The original 17,700 sq. ft. headquarters facility, located in Palmyra, Missouri, was built in the mid-1960’s and was in need of major repair, upgrading, and expansion. The project addressed building safety concerns, maintenance and energy efficiency issues, code compliance problems, site elevation and water runoff issues, and need for expansion of their boardroom and secure hardened storage areas.

Cooperative Building Solutions, along with the Northeast Missouri Power Cooperative management staff and architect, planned, designed and re-constructed this 1960’s building and added approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of new space. The rebuilt facility facilitates the business of Northeast Missouri Power Cooperative and provides a modern, energy efficient, highly functional building.
